Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of their appointment visit. Appointments cancelled under 2 hours, or missed completely, will be charged in full. Thank you for your mindfulness and understanding.
